Combo Boot Camp 101 & 201

Combo Boot Camp is a combination of Boot Camp 101 & Boot Camp 201

Boot camp 101 is ideal for the beginner & is part of the Combo Boot camp classes; we will meet you where you are. Be prepared to be challenged but not overwhelmed. Along with the boot camp work out a weight loss challenge is included but not required. The weight loss challenge is in the “Biggest Loser” format complete with weekly (private) weigh ins and prizes.

Boot camp 201 is part of the Combo boot camp class and is not quite as intense as boot camp 301 but you will still need to be prepared for a tough work out.
